You don’t have to guess how your completed home renovation project will look. We use state-of-the-art design software on all major projects. Based on your requirements, you will see a precise, realistic looking, three-dimensional model of what your completed home remodeling project will look like. You will see both interior and exterior views of home additions, view colors and furniture placement in your new family room, and view your kitchen remodel or bath remodel as it will look complete with cabinets, counter tops, appliances, and fixtures.

Accurate Cost Estimates

There is a significant advantage to working with a design-build contractor rather than separate design and construction companies. We use sophisticated software for rendering designs, estimating costs, and generating construction plans.  We can accurately estimate costs and suggest alternatives during the initial consultation and design stage. You will not end up with a proposed design that you can’t afford.

Before construction begins, you will meet with our construction staff and the project leader to discuss the day-to-day logistics of our working in your home and any unique considerations we should be aware of.

During the construction phase our onsite project leader will meet with you regularly to provide updates, answer your questions, and inform you of any details that need your attention.
